There is no actual track listing printed on the sleeve or the vinyl, so the titles used here are taken from the [[Ipecac Recordings]] website.

These are limited edition, 2500 of each were pressed. Originally a significant amount of the singles were sold by Midheaven.com. The following dates indicate the release date for the following singles.
