This is a one-sided 7", interestingly enough the music on side A is not even Melvins it's Halo of Flies the band of [[Amphetamine Reptile Records]] owner Tom Hazelmeyer, playing a version of their song Spit it Out. This 7" was released in limited edition and was only available at the two shows at [http://www.grumpysbar.com/ Grumpy's] on [[September 18, 2000]] and [[September 19, 2000]]. The remainder were sold on Amrep's website along with a poster with similar artwork.
