Jeff Pinkus (a.k.a. JD Pinkus) is best known as bassist for Butthole Surfers, Daddy Longhead and Honky. He first joined Melvins in 2013 on their 30th Anniversary Tour in place of Jared Warren who had just become a father, and continued full-time in 2014, playing on the Hold It In album and subsequent tour.
