This album is part three of a trilogy: The Maggot, The Bootlicker and The Crybaby.

The Trilogy was released on vinyl by Ipecac Recordings on November 27, 2000 (IPC-011).

With all of the trilogy CDs, the last track contains a small sample of the first track from the next release. Here there is a sample of the intro to "amazon" (the first song on The Maggot) after "Moon Pie", followed by some digital silence. The album ends with a scream of "AGAIN!".
