Lyrics
And I know how it's to be
There is nothing more for you and I
Some are young and some are free
But I think I'm going blind
'Cause I think I'm going blind
And I know how it should be
Little lady, can't you see?
You're so young and different than I
I'm ninety-three, you're sixteen
Can't you see I'm going blind?
Cause, I think I'm going blind
And I know how it should be
You're much younger, can't you see?
There is nothing more for you and I
I'm ninety-three, you're sixteen
And I think I'm going blind
Yes I think I'm going blind
And I know how it should be
Notes
Legend has it that Buzz sent a tape of the Melvins cover of Going Blind to Gene Simmons. When he heard how slow it was he thought his tape player had broken and bought a new one.

Q: So no truth in the rumour you sent a tape of your tranquilized version of KISS's Going Blind to Gene Simmons? I heard he listened to it then tossed out his stereo thinking it was broken!<br?> Buzzo: I don't remember sending him anything. Let's say it's true. He did do that, and then he came to our house and me and him proceeded to get excessively drunk on radiator fluid. He got hammered off his ass and took his pants off.
